Bridging Loan
TEZ offer our accredited investors clients bridging loan, a short-term, interim financing for our client, be it individual or business entity. Through our service, we fund our client for a period of time whilst allowing the client to either refinance to longer-term debt or sell a property. Our bridging loans are usually offered for between 1-18 months, with the loan repayable in full at the end of the term. Our finance professionals will work with you to provide quick turnaround and consult most effective financing alternatives for your specific financing requirements.
